Miles of Salmon
My dear friend Bob Waldrop works with Bristol Bay's commercial fishermen and calculated the length of the sockeye returning back to the area. If you stretched them out single file head to tail, the sockeye of Bristol Bay would span 18,000 miles! They would reach from King Salmon, AK to the tip of South America to the tip of Africa to the edge of Australia!

It is truly a small world. Bob is my god father. His calculations sound a little fishy. Anyway, just thought I would say that. Enjoy reading your blog posts. I have my own website which I never manage to update anymore.

No way Colin, that's awesome. Bob is an amazing guy-you are lucky to have him as a godfather!
